MY main Concern is Friday 30th of August 2019 I Had XAUUSD Sell Position Opens On My 3 Accounts 2 Live & 1 Demo Account The Last 15mins Candle before Market Closed on Friday 30th of August 2019 Never Formed. I Emailed Key To Markets Several Times as They Always Do Never Respond Untill This Morning. Saying if You Send To Much Email There TEAM Will Not Respond To My Email Send 1. And in Addition To That They send Me A ScreenShot of Something on there Side Saying There Was Any Problem With Gold/XAUUSD ON FRIDAY LET Me Be More Specific I Resend Another Email this Morning with Screenshots showing that XAUUSD Close Without the Last 15mins Candle Forming no response like they did few times before. XAUUSD CLOSING PRICE FRIDAY WAS 1520 ON KEY TO MARKETS SERVED SHOWED 1523 THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM I GOT BUMPED OUT WHEN MARKETS REOPEN LAST NIGHT. ALL I NEED IS MY BALANCED ADJUSTED WITH THE RIGHT FIGURE.
I have opened my live account five month ago after being disappointed by several brokers with big names. I was recommended to try key to markets by a friend although I was skeptical after looking at their website which is not modern and it looks a little amateur, which is a shame because it makes people think that they are not professional. By saying that i am super happy with the service. . They are very good.
I am very happy with this broker as they let me use any EA which I program without restrictions. No silly limitations about price distance from current bid/ask that I saw with other brokers. Key to Markets is great, they also let me use the closeby order to close hedged trades and save on commissions.

They have a wallet system that allows you to upload your bank details, so withdrawals happen fast and you don't have to worry about consistently withdrawing profits. They are a PURE ECN Broker. Zero profit for the Broker on losses. Nice to know. With competitive spreads, we all have a fair chance to really make money on this platform. It's no secret why they have so many stars. I strongly suggest using this Broker.
I traded with this broker for about 3 years now, mostly scalping on news with alternate results. They told me that is because they change liquidity connection from time to time. I don't know if that is true, but even if sometimes I take a small loss many times I made small or even great gains, so overall I am in profit.Always better to avoid too big risk with too big lots.The best part is that withdrawals are prompt and quick, I don't have to wait 5 days to get my money like with other brokers.Therefore I conclude they are a true ECN stp broker with a honest approach.
