today 25th December 2017, the spread on USD CAD IS ALMOST 400 PIPS on a live account and around 300 pips on a demo account. Is this normal? the spreads and the difference between live and emo accounts? Can anyone else please share your experiences in relation to this? the broker is key to markets that usually have really good spreads. Scammers. They keep coming up with an excuse not to return my money even though I have provided all the required documentation. I have sent utility bills, bank statement, telephone bill and they rejected them all. What else can I send? Now, they stopped replying to my email. Also when I placed the same trade on this broker and on another broker, there is hardly any profit on key to markets yet on the other broker the same trade has made lots of profit. Scammers, don't get duped out of your money by this scam broker you will be just giving it to thieves. Stay safe.

I have been trading with KTM for the past 3 years and I am very happy with their professionalism. No restrictions on the use of any EA. I really like the new Social PAMM platform they started offering last year. I request withdrawals minimum 2 times per month, never a problem, always released on the same day and transferred immediately to my Skrill wallet or within a couple of days to my bank account.
This broker scammed my $4200! I deposited USD 2000 and made a profit of nearly $4200 within 4 months. I requested a withdrawal of my initial deposit of $2000 and the withdrawal was successful. Then I requested to withdraw the profits of $4200 and the amount was deducted from my trading account with notification that the transfer needs 3 to 5 working days to reach my bank account, but on the 4th day the amount was returned to my MT4. After that I was informed through email that my trading account has been temporarily suspended, and until now my account is suspended and I can not trade or withdraw money, and whenever I communicate with them, they tell me that my account is under an investigation! They have been reviewing my account for more than a month without any update, I need to withdraw my money but they are preventing me from doing so. I don't know how to get my money from the cheaters.
